For individual therapy or coaching, I recommend scheduling a single session. For sessions which will be attended by more than one person (Conjoint relationship therapy, conflict resolution or other business consultation) you may want to schedule 1.5. If you are referred by an EAP please select single. If you are not referred by an EAP, please read my Informed consent form. By scheduling, you indicate that you agree/consent as described therein.
